After serving as a licensed administrator within one of the nation’s largest senior care organizations, Scott went on to build and scale his own company, developing physician relationships, referral networks, and care coordination initiatives across multiple markets. His work has consistently centered on aligning clinical care, operations, and patient outcomes in a way that reduces friction for both physicians and families. Scott brings a practical, peer-to-peer approach to every conversation. He understands the operational realities of running a healthcare business and approaches each discussion with clarity, respect, and a focus on what actually works in practice—not theory. He is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), NAB-certified, and a Certified Dementia Practitioner, with additional training in operational excellence and healthcare systems. Based in Florida, Scott spends much of his time on the water and is a longtime Buffalo Bills fan—part of Bills Mafia—which tends to come up quickly in conversation.
